RailKernel Release 12.01

This release is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2027
It is currently being released with fixes and additions on a daily basis, each release is stable.
I am working together with Koploper users to implement Koploper functionality in Railkernel.
Recent additions :
- RailScript, Events, Namespace ; best to read this on the help pages https://railkernel.nl/nl/help-introduction.php
- Support for YaMoRC, Loconet USB, Loconet LAN, XpressNet has been completed, Intellibox : https://railkernel.nl/nl/interfaces.php
- Signals, Canvasswitches, Drag/Drop to place and move trains
- Vrij Rijden ... under active development
