RailKernel Release 12.01

This release is planned for the 1th quarter of 2027

The following additions/modifications are planned :

For existing licenses
- 3D Dynamic Viewer
- Android App / iPhone App
- Decoder programming

A new license level "CONTROL CENTER" will be introduced with ao.
- Expose the already existing RailKernel internal Generic Command Station API as a REST web service
- Control with multiple computers
- Virtual Command Station on top of multiple Command Stations
